How did I miss this?? This is incredible, I love seeing the behind the scene stuff and concept pieces. You're colors for your comic are beautiful. I love this idea of getting behind how we evolved our stories from certain influences in our life.
My pocket story has literally been the stepping stone for all my creative endeavors and even in some life decisions... Hard to explain it, mostly since I was a kid I always wanted to be a part of some grand adventure and in a world that was different than my own. The vision of that story has evolved but it all started with Neverland when I was very young. Probably why I love the outdoors so much there is so much magic to explore.

🌿 Neverland is perfect storytelling inspiration! I never thought of the close tie that it has to nature but you are so right! Isn’t it neat that nature can be more magical than any faraway land in a storybook?!

When it comes to exploring, there is so many places I love. If I were to pick a few Yosemite, Olympic National Park, Scotland (I want to go back), Grand Canyon (the North Rim is the best, it has may heart). I explore a lot of the Southwest here in the States, mainly because it's accessible to me. (I'm from Northern Arizona) I'm specifically fond of canyons and mountains. So you'll usually find me in the vicinity of one. 🌄
Oh nice my sister absolutely loves Scotland it’s definitely on my bucket list someday same with The Grand Canyon! The mountains are pretty great I am from Idaho! One of my favorite places though is the Oregon Coast it is so magical!
